ORDERS

How long is the usual order processing time? Orders placed on www.pandorasbox.com.sg take approximately 2 business days to process before they are ready for shipment.

Customized Orders However, custom orders may take slightly longer and may require an additional of 2 business days before they are ready for shipment.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY

PAYMENT We accept payment via credit and debit card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment if you choose this option. Please continue to checkout as a guest. You may opt to create a PayPal account to enjoy additional security benefits for your online payments. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer through our Corporate PayNow account: DBS Current 065-902483-1 If you select this option, please send us your payment confirmation at shopping@pandorasbox.com.sg

SHIPPING A delivery charge of $5 applies. Free islandwide delivery for purchases of $150 and above. Kindly allow 2 to 5 working days for processing and delivery of orders. Our normal delivery hours are between 10am and 7pm. Delivery of items may take longer during sale periods and holidays.
